Think of me like you would a Compass. A tool for you to use to find direction. Persons seeking their TRUE purpose, depth, and seeking authentic living (living as your soul would live on Earth), find me and utilize my services. Intuitives, mediums, energy healers, sensitives, spiritual therapists - I work with energetically advanced people, people of high awareness, people with special spiritual gifts, people who are determined to awaken rapidly, and spiritual & intuitive professionals.  The more cosmically open and spiritually attuned you are the more accurately you will be able to read the 'Compass'.

I do not do so-called psychic readings, nor do I reach into the ocean of possible futures and tell you which one you are going to experience. I help you navigate them. I work with you energetically to attune or re-attune your your intuitive and spiritual sensory system. (sight, sound, smell, touch, taste, empathy, and knowing)

I facilitate openings in your Awareness that Allow YOU to BE YOU. Your dreams and wishes of wellness and life experiences are bundled within that too. I help you navigate through apparently impossible blocks into the infinite possibilities that lead you to your dreams. My friend is the Field, the Source, Creator, all-that-is, and ALL of it's useful manifestations (angels, masters, guides, etc.). We'll work with 'what shows up', and create from there.

Matrix Energetics™ Sessions.

Most of these sessions have few 'conceptual' identities as this work is done by altering the CREATIVE apparatus that forms reality itself. This is far beyond the mental/conceptual domain.

Kundalini Yoga Classes

I see Energy healing and transformation as coming from 2 basic roots. Yoga and Shamanism. Both are valid, powerful techniques to open a human being to our true nature. Yogic philosophy is very useful, powerful and fun. I am a Kundalini yoga Instructor (as taught by Yogi Bhajan). "I am not a woman. I am not a man. I am not a person. I am not myself. I am a teacher". Long term I am facilitating Kundalini Yoga Classes around the world, visiting beautiful places, and playing beautiful Gong sessions.

Sarah is a practicing Reiki Master and Instructor and a Certified ThetaHealing™ Practitioner. She performs sessions in NJ and PA as well as distance work.
