Kundalini Yoga Classes

I see Energy healing and transformation as coming from 2 basic roots. Yoga and Shamanism. Both are valid, powerful techniques to open a human being to our true nature. Yogic philosophy is very useful, powerful and fun. I am a Kundalini yoga Instructor (as taught by Yogi Bhajan). "I am not a woman. I am not a man. I am not a person. I am not myself. I am a teacher". Long term I am facilitating Kundalini Yoga Classes around the world, visiting beautiful places, and playing beautiful Gong sessions.
